Kid Friendly Paleo Ranch Dip

Paleo snacks for kkids

Also known as “the ranch I put on almost anything”, this is a recipe you can quickly make with the kids and keep on hand all week long.

Younger kids can help you mix the ingredients and cut up their favorite veggies to dip, or the older ones can learn to make the entire recipe themselves. You can also use kale chips, sweet potato fries, or anything else dippable!

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise (any type of mayo homemade or store bought will work)

3 Tbsp full-fat canned coconut milk (mix the separated liquid and solid together first)

3 tsp dried dill

1 tsp dried parsley

½ tsp minced garlic

Salt and/or pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix or whisk all ingredients together in a bowl to combine. Adjust seasoning as desired. Serve right away or chill in the refrigerator. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
